Pricing, plan limits, and how to manage your subscription.
Cheetah Ping offers four plans to fit different monitoring needs.

All plans include AI-powered monitor setup, visual diffs, and email alerts.
Upgrading
To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings in your dashboard
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose your new plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. You get prorated credit for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.
Downgrading
When you downgrade:
- Your new plan limits take effect at the next billing cycle
- If you have more monitors than your new plan allows, you will need to pause or delete some before the change takes effect
- Change history beyond your new plan's retention period will be automatically cleaned up
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. After cancellation:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period
- Your monitors remain active (up to the Free plan limit)
- Change history beyond 7 days will be purged after the transition
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
