Getting Started
Create your first website change monitor in under two minutes.
1. Sign up
Head to cheetahping.com and click "Get started free." Sign in with your email using a magic link. No password needed.
2. Create a monitor
From the dashboard, click New Monitor. Paste the URL of any webpage you want to track.
Our AI will analyze the page and suggest:
- A descriptive label for your monitor
- The best watch mode (page, keyword, or selector)
- A recommended check frequency
You can accept the suggestion or customize any setting before saving.
3. Get alerted
When Cheetah Ping detects a change, you will receive an alert via your configured notification channel (email by default). Each alert includes:
- A summary of what changed
- A visual diff showing the before and after
- A direct link to view the full change log
What to monitor
Common use cases include:
- Price drops: watch a product page for price changes
- Job postings: monitor a careers page for new listings
- Restocks: track an out-of-stock product until it comes back
- Competitor changes: watch a competitor's pricing or feature page
